How will the system of getting website maintenance and updation work getting done from others will work ? Well here is the system

1. Client needs some work to be done on his/her website. So they will get in touch with us. How will they get in touch ?

Whenever you need to get any work done on your website you can email us at support@websitemaintenancedesk.com or you can make a ticket at members.megrisoft.com under Support Ticket Head.

2. Ticket or email will be received by our Support Team

Our technical team is well versed in handling all types of support requirement on any type of servers or web platforms. They can work on number of CMS’s like WordPress, Magento, Joomla, Prestashop, X5,etc. They are well versed in html and css aspects as well and can handle static web pages work as well. After understanding your query they will provide you optimum solution for your problem.

3. Implementation of changes and quality check

Once all the changes as required by you are done and implemented the work is checked by the Quality Control Department and then you will be made aware of the updations done. You would then need to check that the work has been done as per your requirements.

4. Completion and Closing of Ticket

Once you are happy with all the changes and implementations we will be closing of and marking the ticket as completed. An email confirmation of the same will be sent to you as well.
